3. Functions
l Signal detect: After starting up, the state light and power light turn green, which means signal detection begins. Once an UAV is detected, the state light turns red, the buzzer beeps, and signal lights up according to the signal strength.
l Volume control: Use the three-way switch to control volume:
1: silent, 2: quiet, 3: loud
l Upgrade:
Operation:
1. Get an SD card(the one comes standard with the detector, or other recommended SD cards)
2. Copy the upgrade package to the SD card using a computer, then insert the SD card into the detector and reboot.
3. Wait for a while, the upgrade will start(state light flashing). The process may last 10 to 15minutes, state light will stop flashing if upgrade succeeded, or turn to red-green flashing if upgrade failed.
Tips:
1. The upgrade program will automatically check the consistency between current firmware version and the firmware version in the SD card, the upgrade won’t start if they are the same.
2. There will be several restarts during the upgrade, and the state light may stop flashing for a short time, which not means the upgrade succeed.
3. If the upgrade failed, try:
1) Restart the detector.
2) Format the SD card.
3) Change SD card.
